What data do we process?

Gajarmo processes the following categories of data:

  • ontact data (name, surname, business address, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number)
  • data required for identification for the purposes of concluding the contract, performing the service and issuing invoices;
  • data necessary to choose the offer of GAJARMO services suitable for you

We only obtain data that are necessary to achieve specific goals.

Basic rules of the GDPR

The GDPR formulates 6 principles for the processing of personal data that our company follows when processing personal data. These are:

  • the principle of legal compliance, reliability and transparency: we process personal data in a manner compatible with legal provisions. We inform about all issues related thereto in comprehensive communication channels and in the simplest language possible so that thee data subjects are aware that we collect, store or otherwise process;
  • the principle of data minimisation and adequacy: we process only the (adequate, relevant) data that is actually necessary to achieve a given purpose;
  • the principle of data accuracy: we make every effort to ensure that the data we process is truthful, current and accurate. That is why we may  from time to time ask people whose data we process to check and update their data. We also ask our customers to inform us about any changes in their data;
  • the principle of limiting the purpose and storage of processed data: we collect personal data only for a specific, explicit and legitimate purpose that could not be otherwise achieved. We store data in a form that enables identification of the data subject. We process them only as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose we obtained them for (unless we are required by law to continue processing);
  • the principle of data integrity and confidentiality: we provide such IT and organisational solutions that secure the personal data we process. We protect data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage;
  • the accountability principle: we are able to demonstrate (in a manner required by law) that we operate in accordance with the law with respect to personal data, we take into account data protection at the design stage (e.g. of a new product) and we provide a default protection of personal data.

What will we use your personal data for?

We will process your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:

  • for the purposes covered by the consent to the processing of personal data;
  • to implement the activities carried out at your request before the conclusion of the contract,
  • to conclude and perform a contract that you have entered into with GAJARMO,
  • to comply with GAJARMO’s legal obligation, e.g. to issue an invoice or bill,
  • to set up and administer your account integrated with GAJARMO IT systems / websites
  • for marketing purposes only of GAJARMO products and services
  • if you agree and only to the extent to which you agree, we will process your data:
  • to conduct the following types of market and opinion polling: quantitative research (surveys and tests) or qualitative research (personal interviews).

Are you obliged to provide your personal data?

To the extent that the processing of your data takes place in order to perform a contract with GAJARMO, providing your personal data is a condition for concluding this contract. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform the contract. If you do not provide personal data, the contract will not be concluded. Providing the data necessary to issue an invoice is a statutory obligation and results from the Act on tax on goods and services. In the remaining scope, providing of personal data is voluntary, it is not a statutory or contractual requirement and is not a condition for concluding a contract.

How to withdraw your consent?

You can either grant all of your consents or not grant any of them. You can withdraw any consent granted to GAJARMO in connection with the processing of personal data at any time without suffering any negative consequences. Just send an e-mail or send a message by post to the contact details indicated above. Your willingness to withdraw consent can be expressed in any way, the only condition is that we are notified about it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of your data processing before it is notified, i.e. until the consent is withdrawn, the processing of your data by GAJARMO is legal. Please be advised, that withdrawal of consent may result in the lack of e.g. contract, or order implementation.

On what basis will your personal data be processed?

Depending on the activities performed, the basis for processing of personal data is:

  • conclusion and performance of the contract with GAJARMO
  • compliance with GAJARMO’s legal obligation, e.g. issuing an invoice or bill,
  • legitimate interest of GAJARMO (direct marketing of own products and services, offering),
  • your consent

When and to whom we are allowed to pass the data and who will for sure not receive it from us?

We may disclose your data to recipients, i.e. the companies cooperating with us and performing tasks on our behalf and for our benefit. In this case, an agreement is concluded with these entities to ensure the security of your data. Due to the fact that these entities change frequently, we are not able to provide a complete list of them, if you want to know whom we currently cooperate with, you can always ask. We will not transfer your personal data to any third country (outside the European Economic Area).

What can you do with the personal data you provide to us?

You have the right to request from GAJARMO access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing thereof, and we can also transfer the data, at your request, to another data controller. You can object to the processing of your data for the marketing of GAJARMO own products or services.

When will we store your data until?

Your personal data will be stored as long as it is necessary to perform the contract binding with GAJARMO or the contract concluded by another entity on your behalf, and after that time for a period of time corresponding to the limitation period of claims that GAJARMO may raise and which may be raised to GAJARMO

If your personal data will be processed in order to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the data controller, they will be stored for the time necessary to fulfil this obligation. We will process the data based on your consent until it is withdrawn by you. If your personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, the data will be processed until the legitimate interest of this processing has been fulfilled.

If your personal data will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller, for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services, your personal data will be processed until you raise an objection.
