Agitators

All our devices are manufactured to a special order according to the assumptions we develop together with the customer in the course of the order building.

The possibility of carrying out modifications in a given case is always individually consulted so we always encourage you to ask questions and formulate your needs. The most commonly modified parameters include: height and type of lifting, the use of additional cooling with the possibility of shutting down for the time of applying the mixed substance, additional bearing, type of container assembly, speed (smooth speed control is a standard option), additional light signalling activity of enabled options, additional rotary table or rotary mast, the option of an additional scraper or mobility of the device and of course modifications in the field of control, e.g. adding time switches with the option of programming several time periods and many others

The devices we build differ but we can certainly systematize them into several basic sub-categories, the description of which you can find below.

Laboratory agitators

The agitators of this group are mainly the HP20, HP30, HP3040.

These are small devices mainly for performing tests and laboratory work. They can be adapted to the table or floor foundation – in the case of the bigger models, the devices differ mainly in height and type of lifting and the type of bearing and of course in additional options in the scope of control, the amount of turnover we want to achieve, the type of container attachment or additional accessories we would like equip the device with, e.g. an additional plate that slides under the agitator when it is lifted, the purpose of which is to “catch” the output flowing out of the agitator or additional containers.

You can find below the examples of agitators from this group

Semi-production agitators

Agitators of this group are mainly the HP50, HP100, UP+, HP30 PM, MT60

These are larger devices, mainly for small production or semi-processes, but also for laboratory testing. They are adopted for floor mounting. You can adapt them to work in line or raise the height of the mast to work with roller feeders The devices differ mainly in height and type of lifting as well as the type of bearing arrangement and of course additional options in the scope of control, rotational speed to be obtained, type of container assembling or additional accessories we would like to equip the device with. This group also includes centrifugally folding mixers adapted for forklift transportation used mainly for working with the IBC containers

The examples of mixers from this group can be found below

Production agitators

Agitators of this group are mainly the HP250, HP800, HP300, HPL300,

These are larger devices, mainly for production or semi-processes. They are adopted for floor mounting. They can be adapted to work in line or with roller feeders. The devices differ mainly in height and type of lifting as well as the type of bearing arrangement and of course additional options in the scope of control, rotational speed to be obtained, type of container assembling or additional accessories we would like to equip the device with.
